Volunteer at Franklin
It takes a village! There’s really no better way to give back to Franklin than to give the gift of time. There are a variety of ways to support Franklin through volunteering.
If you wish to volunteer in the classroom on a regular basis you will need to fill out the new online volunteer application. You will need your child’s student ID number to complete the application, you can obtain this in the Main Office. Once completed, print and bring the application, plus a copy of your TB (Tuberculosis) test, to Mrs. Aguilar in the Main Office.
Franklin parents are grateful for the valet program. Can’t find parking? In a rush to get to work? Drop your child off at Valet and they will be safely escorted on to campus. However, we need volunteers to make this program happen. Being a Franklin Valet only requires a 25 minute commitment once a week and it is a great way to meet other Franklin Families.!
Room Parents are connection between parents and the entire Franklin community from teachers and administration to Friends of Franklin. Room parents are responsible for sending weekly emails, coordinating classroom volunteers and relaying important information to the parents in their classroom. Contact your child's teacher if you are interested in being a room parent.
Franklin holds several community wide events every year and we are always looking for help with set-up, clean-up and everything in between.
