Called to Order at 6:34pm
Welcome - Megan
A. Board member introductions and FOF mission
B. Three Cheers- (Laura & AFD team, Mark & AFC game, new CPP chairs, Jessica & Parent Mixer)
C. Vote- Approval of September minutes
—Megan motioned to approve the September minutes, seconded by Kellie. Anthony abstains. No objections. Vote by general consent. Motion passes.
D. Vote- assistant treasurer
—Megan motioned to add Eileen Payayo to the FOF board for the 2023-2024 school year, Seconded by Jessica BC. Roll call vote taken. No objections or abstentions. Motion to elect Eileen Payayo to the FOF board for the 2023-2024 school year passes unanimously.
—Megan motioned to elect Eileen Payayo assistant treasurer for the 2023-2024 school year. Seconded by Jessica BC. No objections or abstentions. Vote by general consent. Motion to elect Eileen Payayo assistant treasurer for the 2023-2024 school year passes.
3. Budget and Fundraising- Kellie

C. FOF sponsored programming & field trips update
D. Community Partnership and passive fundraising- Melissa and Rachel Dine to Donate- Mendocino Farms on Nov. 8th
E. Budget vote: general student enrichment increase-
—Kellie motions to increase our general student enrichment budget by $2,000 for a total of $7,000. Megan seconds. No objections or abstentions. Vote by general consent. Motion to increase our general student enrichment budget by $2,000 for a total of $7,000 passes.
F. Classroom contribution increase
—Kellie motions to increase the classroom contribution line item by $300. Ms. Perez seconded. No objections or abstentions. Vote by general consent. Motion to increase the classroom contribution line item by $300 passes.
4. Communications- Jennifer
A. Fox Facts, Socials, etc.- Jennifer
B. Room parents and community relations- Megan (on behalf of Jessica L)
5. Committee Announcements- Mark
A. STEAM WEEK- Ms. Perez
B. Pinewood Derby Day- Nov. 4th- Volunteers needed!—Tony and Kellie
(Car cutting days: Main door, Monday and Wednesday, - have signs- let’s add volunteers, First hour people coming in and second hour for kids in programs.)
C. Book Fair- (Jessica B.)
D. Volunteer appreciation committee- (Laurie)
